Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
A 8x8-inch baking pan should be greased
Melt the butter and add the brown sugar
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth
Mix in the salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour until everything is just combined
Shred the coconut, add the chocolate chips, and mix in the caramel bits
