German Oven Pancakes - Girl Inspired



This recipe for German Oven Pancakes is inspired by girls and is great for a fun breakfast or brunch. This dish is easy to make, tastes great, and is sure to impress. It puffs up beautifully in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Fresh berries for garnish optional

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C

While the oven heats up, put a 10-inch skillet or baking dish that can go in the oven

Put the eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender

Mix everything together until it's smooth

Take the hot pan or baking dish out of the oven with care, and then add the butter

Turn the pan around to spread the butter out and cover the bottom

Put the pancake batter into the hot pan with the butter that has been melted

Put it back in the oven and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and puffed up

After taking the German Oven Pancake out of the oven, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and, if you want, add some fresh berries on top

Serve right away and enjoy!
